Challenge 14 Tracking/Results

Victini’s Searing Shots (VSS)
1.Simisage-NegaSub(Positive: Espeon Psyshock uses physical defense as a calculator. Its basically doing a physical attack with your special attack, which with Espeon's high sp. attack, makes it able to deal damage to special and physical walls. Negative: Water Types Sturdy was changed to basically a focus band. A move that would normally knock out an opponent from full health now survives, even if healed. Most rock types have this ability, so water types have to deal with an attack from these now alive rock types.)

2.Gurdurr-shadethedarksoul8(Pokemon that are stronger in gen 5 could possible be baby pokemon due to the item Eviolite

A pokemon that may be weaker is rotom because Rotom's appliance forms are now no longer Ghost-type Pokémon; instead, they are Electric and the type of their special move.)

3.Zoroark-firefang20(My pokemon at advantage is Espeon due to its new ability magic bounce. This Helped Espeon a great deal in the meta game also moving it up from borderline(bl) to overused(ou) magic bounce defects area moves like stealth rock and spikes and sends them back to the opponents half of the field.
Ok, in the metagame uber tier. Almost all dragon types have been put at a disadvantage with excadrill being introduced into the tier. It's incredibly high stat and amazing move pool really has earned it's title 'dragon-buster' in the anime)
4.Axew-Yymastaconfuctious: A pokemon that got stronger in Gen V compared to Gen IV: Roserade. Roserade was at best a status Pokemon in Gen IV (good for status moves like Toxic or Sleep Powder), but in Gen V, with new combo moves available to it (like Venoshock), Roserade now has some truly potent combinations. I can vouch for this as I used a combo of Toxic and Venoshock and KO'd a level 44 Abomasnow with a level 33 Roserade with one hit so Roserade is definitely stronger in Gen V.

A pokemon that's gotten weaker in Gen V- Magikarp. Granted, it evolves into Gyrados at the same level, but it seems to have less attacks and feels like it takes twice as long to level up. Plus it has weaker stats.

5.Braviary-PokemonFanKH2(A pokemon that became stronger was Roserade. This is because GameFreak gave Roserade the ability to learn way more move tutor and TM moves that complimented his/her type.

A pokemon that became weaker with the switch to Gen V is Blastoise (or any water type really). This is because since Sturdy was given to almost every rock type (especially the rock/ground types), they now could now OHKO them with a water move like surf, for example.)
6.Volcarona-wifishark8(A Pokemon that got stronger was Slaking, with the Mummy ability, Slaking can now hit a Pokemon who has it and now has no limitations to battle, plus with Triple battle it can also help sent up some moves to help Slaking get rid of Truant.
A Pokemon that got the short end was a hard choice to make but in the end I picked Feraligatr, It doesn't have many physical water moves to help it since attack is its best stat and its move-set choices are not very creative (i.e. Dragon Dance, Aqua Jet is a very common choice which opponents can start planning to counter it).
7.Scrafty-redfrog45(The obvious choice for the Pokemon that became stronger in Gen 5 was Blaziken. It was in the UU tier in Gen 4, (still kicking ass there but still) but when it got Speed Boost as its hidden ability, it became nigh unstoppable and got boosted all the way up to Ubers.

As for becoming weaker, this one's more difficult. I know this one isn't as big as a drop as Blaziken's jump to Ubers was, but I'm saying Metagross. Explosion doesn't half the opponent's Defense anymore and Metagross is a big user of Explosion. Not a big one in terms of becoming weaker but still.)
8.Swanna-kevandkeith42120(excused)

Meloetta’s Relic Singers (MRS)
1.Purrloin-dudeski7373(1 strike)
2.Pidove-Rhbkblader88(1.I think generation 4 pokemon Roserade got stronger, because generation 5 introduced more grass and poison moves. These moves can benefit Roserade since it's a grass-poison type.

2.Torterra got a really weird power shift, because in generation 5 he didn't really get a lot of moves besides grass type moves, but Torterra didn't get any new ground type moves. When I was training Torterra in my game I was really sad when it couldn't learned Drill Rush, because have been a perfect move Torterra.)
3.Zebstrika-TheZappingZebstrika(Excused)
4.Lilligant-clilmama33830(Now that Doom Desire can't miss and has more damage, Jirachi is technically a bit stronger.

Dragon types like Dragonite got somewhat weaker with the decreased PP of Outrage.)
5.Cofagrigus-THEDKA3(Stronger: Infernape (Infernape's Fire Elemental moveset has gotten a lot more powerful than it had in Gen 4. For example, I believe that Fire Spin attack gotten very powerful)

Weaker: Bidoof (I wouldn't exactly say that he gotten "weaker" but he surely didn't improve much since Gen 4. Attacks aren't very different and I couldn't think of any other example than Banette, so I stuck on this)
6.Cinccino-Bunpuffy(1 strike)
7.Bouffalant-jacobwinner1999(Excused)
8.Munna-tacoburger22(Rotom is now electric type like its special move also electric which boosts damage and makes it stronger.

Poison no longer affects you outside battle which is a disadvantage to the poison type pokemon which makes them technically weaker.)

Genesect’s Drive Arsenal(GDA)
1.Snivy-LolliPopGirlMeow(I would say Tentacruel because:

Tentacruel was an excellent Pokemon in Gen 4 OU to support Toxic Spikes, spin away entry hazards, and absorb Toxic Spikes. Tentacruel was also one of the best checks to Infernape. In Gen 5, Tentacruel's role hasn't changed much, in fact, it got better. With Politoed and rain everywhere, and Tentacruel's newly acquired ability, Rain Dish, it is a much better supporter of Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spin. Tentacruel also attained Scald a deadly base 80 Special Attack with a 30% chance to burn the foe, which can be boosted by rain. Overall, Tentacruel is the same great Pokemon it used to be in Gen 4 and remains its role in OU.

Which Pokemon is the worst? - Snorlax because,
Snorlax is one of those pokemon who have gotten progressively worse as the generations have passed, and despite being able to hold the title of OU throughout the first four, it has finally falled from grace and into UU. That isn't to say that 4th Gen UU was kind to Snorlax though, as a lot of what made it useful in the first three generations was greatly diminished in the fourth. Its most common set continued to be the Curse set, which while easily sweeping unprepared teams was simply far too slow, momentum-wise, to make a big impact on each game. As a special wall it was sorely outclassed by Blissey, despite actually having some offensive precense, the sheer power of Special Attackers in the tier made it necessary to run a more sturdy special sponge. Snorlax's other effective sets included a Choice Band set and a mono-attacking RestTalking phazer, both of which were outclassed by Tyranitar and Gyarados, respectively. In short, Snorlax's best niche in the fourth generation OU metagame was that of a Curse sweeper, but even then, it wasn't very useful. With the introduction of the 5th generation, Snorlax has finally fallen to UU, where it can once again shine as one of the best pokemon in the tier. If you really insist on using it in Gen 5 OU though, your best bets are probably a ChestoRest set with Curse and the Choice Band set. Don't epect either one of them to achieve much though, as the power level this generation is even higher.
2.Leavanny-masterofflam(was working on the challenge but never finished)
3.Scraggy-ForrestMightyena247(Well in Gen 5, I read that Curse is now a GHOST type move (last 4 gens it was ???).

It would favour Ghost Pokemon like Dusknoir and Cofagrigus, but also hinder them too. As it takes half of their health to remove a quarter of their target. It puts them in strong places due to weakening other Ghosts and Dark Pokemon like Absol, and the curse affects the whole time on them true, but it would make your Pokemon more likely to 'faint' after the target attacks successfully.

So really every Pokemon is cursed here!

Hope this is alright, I struggled figuring out how this is properly done.)
4.Garbodor-xtiandg0914(I say Rosarade being weaker because in their the champion uses a bug team. And I think Walrein become stronger because the toughest bosses their are Dragon user making them more effective to use.)
5.Joltik-ShinyStoutland(One Pokemon that became stronger was Dusclops. In competitive battling, it was almost useless, but it got the Eviolite, boosting its defenses making it a special and physical wall.

One Pokemon that became weaker was Houndoom. Its Sp. Attack was lowered when it went to 4th Gen, but it got lowered when it went to 5th Gen too! Barely any new Special Dark moves were introduced, causing special Dark types, like Houndoom, to fall.)
6.Durant-Woodenfan(Cloyster was a Pokemon that became a LOT stronger from Gen 4 to Gen 5. Shell Smash, an upgraded Icicle Spear and Skill Link were key players to its upgrade. Shell Smash to boost its speed, Skill Link to make its multihit moves always hit 5 times and Throw in Icicle Spear and Rock Blast, you've got a hell of a sweeper. Throw in Surf/Razor Shell for physical or special threats that oppose both Ice and Rock and you're golden. :D

On the other hand, a pokemon that became a LOT weaker from gen 4 to Gen 5 was Snorlax, mainly because of the much stronger threats roaming around OU to take it out that much easier. Not to say it's bad, its' just that its low speed and fair Defense make it an easy target for, say, Conkeldurr's Mach Punch and Breloom's tricks. Definitely took a hit.)
7.Pignite-gopokemon121(told me he was doing the challenge but never did it)

8.Vanilluxe-DoubleJEspejwan6(Pokemon that gained an advantage:

Crawdaunt

Honestly, during Generation 3, Crawdaunt was one of the few Water type Pokemon that was given a lot of attack and nothing to do with it. With a base attack stat of 120, Crawdaunt had absolutely no stab moves that were physical. Considering Crawdaunt's main stat is Attack, and it's typing is Dark and Water, what's unfortunate is that it has nothing to use, as both Dark and Water were always Special moves before Gen 4. So powerful moves such as Crabhammer, Crunch, Waterfall, Dive and Night Slash (for Crawdaunt) didn't really give Crawdaunt that much leverage. When Generation 4 came around, everything was changed, Crawdaunt (if raised correctly) can now be a force of destruction. With the EV's given to Crawdaunt perfectly, Crawdaunt can now unleash untold amounts of power with the ability to have Physical Water and Dark type moves. Sure its speed isn't great, but its defense makes up for that really well. >:)

Pokemon that lost an advantage:

Flareon
From the start, Flareon wasn't that useful. Like Crawdaunt, it's highest stat is Attack. But when it comes to STAB moves, Flareon only learns TWO physical fire type moves. Even before Generation 4 came out, Flareon didn't have much power in battle having horrid speed and defense stats (basically like Sunflora, but with an Attack stat) it would be able to be knocked out with a move like Earthquake or Crabhammer fairly easily. Generation 4 did almost nothing to improve this Pokemon, sure it may have been able to learn new moves, but still, the only physical move is Fire Fang (with the addition of Flame Charge in Generation 5, wow, two physical fire type moves, how exciting [Not]) Also, some Pokemon can be real pains to take down in battle, with Thick Fat and Fire Proof, Pokemon like Bronzong and Azumarill are practically improbable to take down. Sure, Flareon didn't really gain or lose anything, but its movepool is not the best.)

So yeah some people had an easier time in this challenge than others but however once I read what you guys said and saw the team efforts, I felt that there was only one just way of ranking these teams

1st Victini's Searing Shots (immunity)
2nd Genesect's Drive Arsenal (vote off 1)
3rd Meloetta's Relic Singers (vote off 1)

So nothing changes from last challenge. You guys stacked up in exactly the same way. So once again VSS wins immunity and GDA and MRS vote off 1 player each. After that we'll see who gets 26th and 25th places in Total Pokemon Unova. So vote off players, explain your votes, send confessionals, all that good stuff by midnight of Thursday October 10, 2013 (or the next morning, depending on how things go). Luck of the Tiebreakers: Even numbered elimination means ties are broken by the order in which votes are received. If you have any questions, let me know. Alright so get going.

The last challenge had the 27 remaining contestants (it's final 29 duel to the eventual returners) come up with their ideas for plots if they came up with Black and White 3. Victini's Searing Shots managed to impress the most and earned their team's 2nd win in the 3-team stage. Always the bridesmaid but never the bridge, Genesect's Drive Arsenal makes this the third challenge in a row that they finish in 2nd place. Meloetta's Relic Singers couldn't add to their momentum and crashed into last place. With at least one interesting vote ahead of us, we'll proceed with the elimination with confessionals

Axew-Yymastaconfuctious(VSS): YES! Not only did my team win the challenge, but I was ranked in the top 10 stories! Granted I just missed top 5, but who cares? I got top 10! :D I just hope we can stay steady on our performances this time and not fail to string wins together unlike what happened last challenge. So yeah GO VSS! :D
Vanilluxe-DoubleJEspejwan6(GDA): Well, I guess our team didn't do to bad. I'm happy that I returned, and am ready to show more of my potential. Sorry to who I voted for.
Zebstrika-TheZappingZebstrika(MRS): This is the worst we've done in a while...I guess we'll have to catch back up.
Pidove-Rhbkblader88(MRS): Guys I'm so sorry I was excused it's just that I had exams!!!!I didn't have enough time to finish the challenge, but I promise to do the next challenge.
Snivy-LolliPopGirlMeow(GDA): 2nd place! Total Luckster!
Bouffalant-jacobwinner1999(MRS): Well this elimination will be interesting.... Hopefully I'm not one of the losers
Leavanny-masterofflam(GDA):  Well, hopefully we eliminate someone who keeps missing challenges and nit someone who has only missed one or two.
Cofagrigus-THEDKA3(MRS): I have a feeling that soon these votes will get really difficult....
Purrloin-dudeski7373(MRS): Wow I fail at voting....I hate autocorrect

First up Meloetta's Relic Singers. It turned out to be a 7-5-2-1-1 vote that safe everyone not named Cofagrigus, Cinccino, Lilligant, Bouffalant, and Purrloin got votes. However Zebstrika and Pidove are safe with 1 vote each. It comes down to Munna, Reuniclus, and Keldeo(Resolute). Munna didn't do so well in the challenge and is an addon. Reuniclus is a returner and didn't do the challenge. Keldeo did well in the challenge but could be an outsider as a former member of Keldeo's Justice Swords. The first one out is pretty obvious.....Reuniclus.

29th place: Reuniclus-tpidude73 (again) I don't know what to say. You seemed like you'd do well given another chance but I'm not shocked this happened. And I won't be surprised if you get all defensive and bring something up as to why you didn't do the challenge. However there's a saying that "talk is cheap", at lately it's all you could afford.

That leaves Munna and Keldeo(Resolute). It was a 5-2 vote between you two and the final player safe is.......................MUNNA!

28th place: Keldeo(Resolute)-Franky494. Well that is what's called a blindside. If this team was going by challenge performances in the voting, Munna would've left. But I guess you were seen as a big enough threat (probably because of your connections with players on different teams) to get voted off now. Sorry.

Now for Genesect's Drive Arsenal. It was a 5-2 vote between Escavalier and Durant, two usually strong and strategic contestants but failed to do this challenge. Never thought I'd see you guys in this position this season. But one of you is done like dinner and with 2 votes, the final player safe is......................DURANT!

27th place: Escavalier-TheMysterious2634. 14th place as Shelmet in Total Pokemon Media, 6th place as Mothim in Total Pokemon White 2, one mistake ends your journey in this season. Not sure what your team's reasons for voting you off over Durant were but you probably wouldn't have left if you did the challenge.

And with that, all 3 teams are down to 8 players. And they can expect a few twists to come their way soon enough.

Thanks for playing tpidude73, franky494, themysterious2634

Challenge 14

Power shifts occur a lot in Pokemon over the Generations. New moves, abilities, and other properties can hurt or harm a Pokemon. An example of this is during the Physical/Special reconfiguration of Generation 4, which benefited Hitmonchan (elemental punches becoming physical) but hurt Banette (Shadow Ball becoming special), just a few of many examples.

For this challenge, give me an example of a Pokemon that became stronger and a Pokemon that became weaker in some way due to the transition for Generation 4 to Generation 5 and explain your choices.

This time, 1st place wins immunity but the other 2 teams will only vote 1 player off.

The challenge ends Wednesday night or after everyone participates (which I'm not sure will happen even though at this point in the game, my expectations SHOULD be higher) and the more effort you put into this challenge and the more your choices make sense, the better.

Last time the Meloetta's Relic Singers won their 1st immunity challenge during this three-team format that involved spitting some mad trivia, yo. And I'll try to stop being gangsta now. I mean gangster. Anyway the Genesect's Drive Arsenal have to settle with 2nd once again and despite Victini's Searing Shots being the only team to have everyone do the challenge, a combination of poor and repetitive trivia dragged them down to last place. Three players will be out of the game after these confessionals.

Axew-Yymastaconfuctious(VSS): Last place? Seriously guys? What happened to winning? And to add insult to injury we're the only team to have everyone do the challenge. Both the other teams had at least 1 person fail to do the challenge? Whatever happened to punishing floaters/inactives? Ugh. We better do better next challenge! This is annoying since by rights we should have won regardless of trivia being lame since the other teeams had at least 1 person fail to do the challenge and it feels like the host is saying he wants people to not do the challenge by giving the only team to have EVERYONE do the challenge last place. *calms down* OK, sorry for that rant, but that annoyed me. Now then, here's hoping my sudden fear for my place in the game is unfounded.

Bouffalant-jacobwinner1999(MRS): Winning is the best. :)

Joltik-ShinyStoutland(GDA): I feel terrible about this vote.

Snivy-LolliPopGirlMeow(GDA): *whispers* Scourtney....

Alright so it was a 6-5-1 vote between Tepig, Panpour, and Gurdurr, just three of the several members of the VSS who somehow contributed to the team's poor showing in the last challenge. However safe with 1 vote is....................GURDURR!

32nd place: Panpour-joshytje5. You got 6 votes which was one more than Tepig to give you the worse score. You started fading away in this camp, barely getting by doing challenges and voting and often times me having to remind you so it makes sense that you were one of the players voted off although I expected you to have some sort of alliance or connections on your team but I guess that didn't show. I hope you continue your projects and start getting more active again.

31st place: Tepig-firebid1030. Since the beginning you've been active but there have been some occasions where you underperformed in challenges, and that finally caught up to you and resulted in you receiving 5 votes and being voted off.

Now for Genesect's Drive Arsenal. I saw the same name repeated over and over again and I'm pretty sure it made the majority so this wasn't really a shocking vote.

30th place: Ferrothorn-2319mi. I was really hoping you were going to improve from last season and in some ways you did but the way you were voted off this time just goes to show you have ways to go still before you can be a better player.

Well there we go. Not everyone voted which is disappointing. I put in a lot of work into this camp and I expect everyone at this point to be getting more involved. I shouldn't have to remind people to vote! That is a huge part of this game! A lot of people need to shape up because this is supposed to be fun and as an 18 year old college student with other responsibilities and who's already been a part of this community for over 4 years (longer than a lot of people have spent), the more effort you guys put into this game, the happier I am and the more this feels worth it. So yeah, any signs that you care are appreciated. And that's shown by doing what you're supposed to do and a little more. At this point in the game, nobody is really safe.

Thanks for playing joshytje5, firebid1030, 2319mi

Alright now for Challenge 13. Imagine you work for Nintendo and/or Gamefreak and they decide they want to make Pokemon Black 3 and White 3. You have to come up with a storyline for that game. Include which characters are involved (do past rivals/gym leaders return and what roles do they have, for example?), what's going on with Team Plasma and Colress and maybe another villainous team, and anything else you think is relevant to the storyline. I probably won't reveal too much about the challenge submissions I receive from you guys but I will rank you guys from 1 to 27 with 1 being the person who comes up with the best storyline and 27 being the person who comes up with the worst storyline, assuming everyone decides to participate, and honestly I'm not holding my breath. The team with the overall best rankings wins immunity and are all guaranteed spots in the final 26 (counting the returners). You'll have until Friday October 4th at night (anytime from 8 pm to midnight PST) to do this challenge. That's really plenty of time. I don't expect a written summary of every aspect of that potential game but I do except quality and detail to a reasonable extent. If you work more than an hour or two on this challenge, you are trying way too hard. 1st place wins immunity, 2nd place votes off 1 player, and 3rd place votes off 2 players. Get going!

The only player that has a strike is Munna-tacoburger22(1 strike) so do this challenge to not have a strike.

Let me know if you need anything! Good luck and get going!

Also please comment on this blogpost with your thoughts on the game right now. I don't like how I keep asking you guys to do this and hardly anyone actually does. I understand you don't want to make yourself a target by saying something stupid, but you are all capable of saying stuff that isn't stupid and won't negatively affect your game :)

Challenge 12 tracking and results

Victini’s Searing Shots (VSS)
1.Tepig-firebid1030(did you know icirrus city is in eternal winter this is your region

did you know that iris has a crush on ash pokemon trainer unova region

did you know that snivy is a grass snake type pokemon unova pokemon
2.Simisage-NegaSub(The Battle Subway is a direct clone of the Battle Tower in Ruby/Sapphire, since there are seven consecutive battles for each round, and the objective is to have as many consecutive wins as the player can.)
3.Gurdurr-shadethedarksoul8(Except Black City and White Forest, all English names of cities and towns in Unova come from different types of cloud or cloud phenomena. Likewise, except Black City and White Forest, all Japanese names of cities and towns in Unova come from traditional patterns.)
4.Zoroark-firefang20(Genesect is a pokemon that team plasma created from an ancient pokemon and gave a cannon on the top of its head in order to use drives that are found within the games. Looking at the comparison of a kabutops to a genesect, it is clear that they COULD be the same. Firstly the heads are almost exactly identical, just Kabutops horns or whatever they are, are bent inwards. The hands they both have look exactly like the same figure. Except kabutops's claws are shown fully and genesect's are molded by purple steel. Genesect looks almost identical without the cannon on its back. Looks exactly like Kabutops. If you would like to see the conspiracy picture copy the link: http://jiggmin.com/threads/58477-Pokemon-Conspiracy-Theories (GO TO NUMBER 40))
5.Axew-Yymastaconfuctious(True or False-You can find certain Shiny Pokemon after finding enough Hidden Grottoes.

Answer: True-After you find enough Hidden Grottoes, you are enabled to catch a Shiny Haxorus who has a unique ability. I know this because my younger brother told me about it after getting one on his Black 2 game.)

6.Braviary-PokemonFanKH2(Except Black City and White Forest, all English names of cities and towns in Unova come from different types of cloud or cloud phenomena. Likewise, except Black City and White Forest, all Japanese names of cities and towns in Unova come from traditional patterns.)
7.Volcarona-wifishark8(Am interesting aspect of Unova is Volcarona.

It is not only based on the Atlus Moth, but also a solar deity and its wings are based on tiger lily plant.
Some other interst things about it are; has the highest Sp. Attack base stat out of all Bug Type, has a unique type combination and is the only Pokemon to have a base stat total of 550, to name a few things.)
8.Panpour-joshytje5(Simipour represents February in the Unova horoscope)
9.Scrafty-redfrog45(all the cities in Unova minus Black City and White Forest are named after something relating to clouds.)
10.Swanna-kevandkeith42120(all the cities/towns in Unova, except Black City and White Forest are named after cloud types and phenomena. Definitely a change from the original region's towns and cities named for colors.)

Meloetta’s Relic Singers (MRS)
1.Purrloin-dudeski7373(Deino, Zwelious and Hydreigon have the first 3 numbers of the German number scale in their names.

Ein
Zwei
Drei)

2.Pidove-Rhbkblader88(excused)
3.Zebstrika-TheZappingZebstrika(Black and White are the first handheld Pokémon games to censor certain words when attempting to nickname a Pokémon. This means that if the player gives a nickname to a Pokémon that is registered on the games' built-in blacklist, he/she will be unable to confirm the nickname as the action will be denied, requiring another, non-blacklisted name to be input.)
4.Lilligant-clilmama33830(The names of the cities in Unova are all based on clouds)
5.Cofagrigus-THEDKA3(Cofagrigus's design is based off a sarcophagus. It was also most likely based on supposedly cursed Egyptian tombs. Any trespassers in the tombs are said to fall under a "curse" from its owner, which is said to cause illness, serious injury, or death. The hype of cursed tombs was made popular when many people in a team of explorers in 1922, who had opened and entered King Tutankhamun's tomb, began dying after the exploration. Cofagrigus's ability to passively turn other Pokémon into mummies that in turn transform other Pokémon into mummies is very similar to the popular culture depiction of the spread of a "zombie virus" in horror films.)
6.Cinccino-Bunpuffy(excused)
7.Bouffalant-jacobwinner1999(Unova is the only region to have an electric gym but not to have a rock gym along with it)
8.Munna-tacoburger22(1 strike)
9.Keldeo(Resolute)-Franky494(Only 50 years before Black and white, Elygem appeared for the first time)
10.Reuniclus-tpidude73(The credits of the Japanese versions are shown in English if kanji mode is selected)

Genesect’s Drive Arsenal(GDA)
1.Snivy-LolliPopGirlMeow(Reshiram and Zekrom represent the Chinese concept of Yin Yang. And Kyurem is yuji, the absense of yin yang)
2.Leavanny-masterofflam(How can Anville Town be reached? Not by foot/bike/swimming/flying)
3.Scraggy-ForrestMightyena247(Apparently once you reach Nimbasa City, you can then access Route 16 EVEN before battling against the Elite Four. Now you may think, big deal. Then again I presume it's a shortcut because it goes between Nimbasa City and Marvelous Bridge. Route's 13, 14 and 15 that go between Marvelous Bridge, Black City/White Forest, Undella Town, and Lacunosa Town can only b accessed ONCE you do defeat the Elite 4 and get the first game clear.)
4.Garbodor-xtiandg0914(What in interesting in Castellia City you fight a trainer who is actually is the creator of Pokemon.Although I forgot the pokemon of his.)
5.Escavalier-TheMysterious2634(Unova is the first generation to use the type combo Fire/Psychic. That is definitely not enough, so I will elaborate. The typing Fire/Psychic is useful in the meta because Fire and Psychic are two types that are commonly offensive. This combo created the UU god, Victini (as well as Victory Star, but that's not the point). Fire/Psychic is very effective in taking out opponents with a flurry of high offense. Overall, Fire/Psychic = very good type combo if set up. (I am excited to see if Fennekin's final evolution, who will most likely be the second Fire/Psychic, can make something happen in the meta.)
6.Joltik-ShinyStoutland(This fact is about Charles the Heartbreaker. Unlike other motorcyclists and cyclists, Charles does not speed up when you press B.)
7.Ferrothorn-2319mi(2 strikes)
8.Durant-Woodenfan(Well, in Lacunosa Town, there's a lot of additional instruments if you speak to the right people, like a flutist, a vocalist, a guitarist and a bass player, if I remember correctly. Gives it a really...otherworldly feel)
9.Pignite-gopokemon121(Unova is the first region to have an active airport)
10.Vanilluxe-DoubleJEspejwan6(This I actually found pretty interesting, so you know how Castelia City is based off of New York, well I didn't even think about this piece of trivia, The Desert Route and Desert Resort are based off of Ground Zero. It never occurred to me, and I always found it interesting after I heard it.)

If participation was the only thing I considered when ranking these teams, Victini's Searing Shots would have won immunity no doubt. However, I wasn't quite impressed by their choice in trivia, especially since 4 out of 10 of them picked trivia about the city names being about clouds and some others in addition weren't that impressive either. It came down to Meloetta and Genesect. Although Meloetta had players excused, the players who did the challenge either did a decent job or really stepped up, while a couple of people on GDA did meh jobs at best with their trivia.

1st place: Meloetta's Relic Singers (immunity)
2nd place: Genesect's Drive Arsenal (vote off 1)
3rd place: Victini's Searing Shots (vote off 2)

So yeah I know the losing teams, especially VSS, will think they got short changed, but this game is a bit more complicated and I feel some people are getting complacent and when it comes to challenges, they're settling more for quantity than quality. Maybe this will shake things up just a little bit.

So yeah it's time to vote players off. Elimination 12 will occur sometime between 1 and 9 am on October 3rd, 2013. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. EXPLAIN YOUR VOTES AND SEND CONFESSIONALS! Blog post comments please! This camp will be more fun if you guys make it more interactive. Don't just do the bare minimum. Also, due to the luck of the tiebreaker, any ties will be solved via revote since this is an even numbered elimination. At least for one team this will be an interesting elimination.

Thoughts on this challenge and the results? Comment! :) Thank you
