10.Durant-WoodenfanSo the Keldeo's Justice Swords, being the first team to go down to 8 members, redeemed themselves by winning a very close challenge. The other 3 teams (2nd place GDA, 3rd place MRS, and 4th place VSS) will each vote 1 player off. A lot of players failed to do this challenge, many of them that are great players when their heads are in the game. But if your head is not the game 100% of the time, that's when you get punished. A few of them are about to learn that lesson the hard way, after these confessionals
Axew-yymastaconfuctious(VSS): Oh come on! Last again! Now we're riding a losing skid! We need to step it up in the next challenge! I'll confess I could have tried harder in this challenge but I was stuck on things to say. Sorry about that. GO VSS!

They all are players that normally participate, but I can recall one of them, missing a few challenges. Sorry, maybe next time... Pidove-Rhbkblader88(MRS): Man how did we lose?!?!So there is still more slackers in our team..... :(First up Victini's Searing Shots. Blitzle, Petilil, and Zoroark are on the hot seat tonight since they failed to do the challenge. Furthermore their track record leading up to today could be better. Zoroark is safe with 1 vote. It's a 3-2 vote between the remaining players so 1 vote is the difference. The last one safe is......................PETILIL!
41st place: Blitzle-kietgreen, you just checked out a few challenges ago and you managed to avoid elimination until now. So yeah, can't say your team didn't make the right decision.
Now Meloetta's Relic Singers. After winning their first challenge last time, they're back in familiar territory voting a player off. Cubchoo, Lilligant, and Scolipede are on the chopping block with 8 votes between them. Scolipede being an addon has very little room for error on her team. Cubchoo's gotten votes at most of the elimination ceremonies she attended. Lilligant's been doing well until this point when she failed to do the challenge just like the other two. Scolipede is safe with 2 votes and the last player safe is........to be determined in the revote! Both Lilligant and Cubchoo got 3 votes so according to the "Luck of the Tiebreaker" twist, a revote must follow! So the Meloetta team has some more voting to do.
But first Genesect's Drive Arsenal has to vote someone off. It was a 6-4 vote between Golurk and Scraggy. Both are good at challenges when they're active and then have good reasons when they're not so it's a tough choice. But ultimately the last player safe is..................SCRAGGY!
39th place: Golurk-PoryfulZ, you've definitely helped your team in certain situations but consistency is very important in this game and maybe Scraggy did a better job pleading his case.
Speaking of pleading cases, that's definitely what I commend Lilligant and Cubchoo do in the revote. You'll have about 14 hours for the vote. This could be a big decision moving forward in this game. Think hard about this vote.

Ok so all 8 votes were cast. And it was a 5-3 decision in favor of....................Lilligant!
40th place: Cubchoo-less4u2c, I think it probably came down to the facts that you've missed challenges in the past and you received votes in the past. People don't always forget those kinds of things.
The MRS just wrapped up their 2nd revote of the season. 34 players remain and the most important challenge of the season so far is coming up! I'll explain why that is momentarily.

Challenge 10
In this next challenge, you're not playing solely for immunity. The first place team gets immunity. 2nd and 3rd place will vote 1 player out. 4th place will vote 2 players off. Ok so what's so special then? Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the last place team will dissolve after elimination 10 and the remaining players will be scattered among the remaining teams. It doesn't matter how pretty your team's track record was in the first 9 challenges, this is one you want to avoid being in last place in at all costs.
This challenge is called Generation Shift. We're not looking at the upcoming shift from Pokemon Generations 5 to 6 but from 4 to 5, leaving into Pokemon Black and White. For the mechanics sides of Generation 5, this article proves most useful in understanding what Pokemon was about during this 3 year period (from the Japanese release of Black and White to the approaching worldwide release of X and Y).

In order to have the best chance of doing well in this challenge, I recommend you look through the sections "Advances in Gameplay" and "Alterations from Generation IV".
For this challenge
1.Tell me which advance in gameplay or alteration from Gen 4 to Gen 5 did you like/appreciate most and explain why.
2.Tell me which advance in gameplay or alteration from Gen 4 to Gen 5 did you dislike/found annoying/found useless the most and explain why.
It'll come down to participation and effort as always. However, don't feel pressured to write 20 meaningless sentences to make it look longer. If you really can't write a few more sentences (if you have a reason behind it such as being busy) then that's ok. Something to keep in mind: a team that has variety and different perspectives on their side is one most likely to succeed.
Some of you are Pokemon video game experts. Some of you have no clue what some of the terminology in that article means. If you need help, contact your teammates first and then come to me for help. As host I can only help you out to an extent so be warned. Don't be afraid to borrow some information from a teammate. If you share opinions, that's great. I would love each team to have their own discussion while they're coming up with answers. This will be the last time one of these four teams will exist in this game.
